About 85% of all breast cancers are Estrogen Dominant.  Avoid using the birth control pill and hormone replacement therapy.  Consult a holistic health care provider to perform Saliva Hormone levels and educate you on natural solution to menopausal and hormonal symptoms. Check your thyroid hormones as hypothyroidism often precedes breast cancer. Just checking your TSH levels with your doctor may not be enough.  Check for other ways of checking your thyroid with a natural health care practitioner such as a Naturopath or Homeopath. Iodine and Selenium are co-factors in thyroid metabolism. A deficiency of these and other essential nutrients may be responsible for certain symptoms, as they all play a role in optimizing the health of the thyroid. </p>
<p>2.  Nutrition – Your ARE what you eat. <p>5.   Breast Self Examination 70% of lumps are still detected by women themselves so learn to do those monthly self examination; make it a routine, perhaps 5 days after your period finishes.   Hang a reminder on your bathroom mirror or a shower card in your shower.</p>

This article shows you how to get the best and the most from every serving you take during those important first few weeks of starting your vitamin supplement.</p>

<p>So, how much should you take during the loading phase?</p>
<p>&#13;</p>
<p>First, if you have not already done so, complete a Health Evaluation Questionnaire and determine your health index.  Once you complete the questionnaire and have determined your health index, view the article on &#8220;Evaluating Your Health Index and What to Do with the Results.&#8221;  With the results of the questionnaire and the evaluation of your health index, you will have an exact idea of the amount and frequency of your liquid nutritional vitamin that you should be taking on a regular basis.
